The third edition of eGovernment Interoperability Campus 2007 will be held in Paris on October 10-11 2007, with the support of the European Commission, IDABC - Pan European eGovernment Services, Terregov, Erisa - The European Regional Information Society Association, e-Forum, R4eGov etc. The main aim of this edition is to create a forum for discussion between the research community, technology players and public institutions. Issues and fundamental questions which will be discussed include:

- Standardisation initiatives in e-Government
- Security of open e-Government services
- Transport middleware for government applications
- Government semantics
- Managing governmental business processes
