2nd conference of FP6 project TRACE (tracing food movement) in Prague

TRACE (TRAcing Food Commodities in Europe) is a 5 year project funded through the Sixth Framework Programme under the Food Quality and Safety Priority. Its second annual conference on April 24-26 2006 in Prague in the Masaryk College Conference Centre has as its topic "Traceability and Consumer". It will put the project into perspective, update stakeholders on progress on the project and report preliminary results, including workshop looking at all aspects of consumer behavior.
