The 20th International Congress on X-Ray Optics and Microanalysis (ICXOM20) will take place on 14 - 18 September 2009 in Karlsruhe, Germany. The ICXOM event is dedicated to the fields of X-ray optics and micro (nano) analysis by means of X-ray beams, electrons or other energetic particles.
